Breathing new life into a dairy co-op

The Co-Op began in 1888 as a dairy co-operative, and it became Australia’s oldest continually-operating one. In 1908 it moved into this brick building beside the railway, and it closed in 2007.

We restored it, keeping the exposed steel beams and the gabled roof with its trusses, and combining its history with fresh, modern and luxurious touches: an antique mirror wall, a full bar, a moody lounge and an indoor fireplace. Like the restoration of this historical site, your wedding day should be a reflection of your past and what your future holds together.

Multiple spaces mean your day flows from arrival to the last dance, rain or shine. Pick a time below and we’ll call you about your date, then show you around.
